Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with EZ Bill India. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for our subscription plans.
1. Free trial
You can try EZ Bill India free of cost before subscribing. No payment is collected during the trial, so no refund is applicable.
2. 7-day money-back on first purchase
For your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the Service does not meet your needs. Email us at hello@ezbillindia.com from your registered account with the reason.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly plans are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing cycle and is not auto-renewed.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled after 7 days are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused full months, minus any discount you received for committing to an annual plan and applicable payment-gateway fees.
5. Hardware & add-ons
Hardware (thermal printers, scanners) and one-time add-on purchases follow a 7-day return window in unused, original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Non-refundable items
- Setup, training or migration fees once delivered.
- Custom development work.
- Refund requests made after 30 days of charge.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms.
7. How to request a refund
- Email hello@ezbillindia.com from your registered email.
- Mention your business name, plan and reason.
- We will respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
