Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "Merchant") and Adyant Enterprise, operator of EZ Bill India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use the Service.

2. Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
  • Upload viruses, malware or malicious code.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Generate fake or misleading GST invoices.

4. Subscription & payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
  • Applicable GST is added at checkout.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan or your account will move to limited read-only mode.

6. Your data

You own all data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and back up that data only for the purpose of operating the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Planned maintenance will be notified wherever possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Adyant Enterprise.
